How do you charge?+

It depends on the mandate. Executive and confidential leadership work is retained on a milestone basis. Permanent hiring is engaged or success-based. Contract engagements are on transparent day rates. We agree fees in writing before any search begins.

How quickly can you start?+

We move fast. For chosen clients, we aim to deliver relevant candidates within a week of briefing. Our network and volume of client demand mean we can prioritise urgent mandates and get the right profiles in front of you quickly.

Do you only hire for technical roles?+

No. We hire across both technology and commercial functions — engineering, AI, data and product, alongside sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations and executive leadership. Most modern hiring mandates span both, and we cover the full picture.

How do you handle cross-border hiring?+

We combine local sourcing teams in London and Shanghai with a distributed network across North America and Europe. We can advise on relocation, visas, employer of record and compensation benchmarking in each market.

What kind of client demand do you handle?+

We work with high volumes of client demand across both retained and contingent mandates. This constant flow keeps our market knowledge current and allows us to match active, pre-qualified candidates to new briefs at speed.
